Clean Eating Grocery List

So starting clean eating can be challenging to say the least. This is a great list to take with you to the grocery store to help you get started! I also use Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet! books, they are great and easy to read and follow. I suggest those to anyone starting a clean eating lifestyle.  OH and if it expires in 2020 or you don't think your great grandparents would recognize it (Doritos vs fruits and veggies), DON'T EAT IT! :)
