Banana Mancakes


These little treats are flour-less, gluten free and packed full of protein. Add fruit and seasonings to your liking!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1 full egg
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup of gluten free oats (or regular rolled oats)
  • 1 TSP vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon sprinkled to taste





Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender
  • Make cakes as pancakes in pan over medium heat
  • Enjoy 5-6 cakes, depending on your size!
